2. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY / الملخص التنفيذي
QR-V1 is a systematic research program aimed at reconstructing Quranic concepts from within the text itself, by subjecting inductively derived semantic patterns to multi-level methodological testing. The project is built on an inductive methodology that integrates linguistic root analysis, distributional analysis of collocations, and the procedural substitution test as a falsification-oriented procedure.
QR-V1 هو برنامج بحثي منهجي يهدف إلى إعادة بناء المفاهيم القرآنية من داخل النص ذاته، من خلال إخضاع الأنماط الدلالية المستقرأة لاختبارات منهجية متعددة المستويات. يقوم المشروع على منهج استقرائي يدمج بين التحليل اللغوي للجذر، والتحليل التوزيعي للاقترانات اللفظية، واختبار الاستبدال الإجرائي بوصفه إجراءً موجهاً للاختبار.
The project is organized into five interconnected knowledge phases (not a linear sequence), progressing from the conditions of knowledge production to testing the system’s coherence in the eschatological domain. Each paper maintains its own evidentiary corpus and inferential procedure, while allowing previously established results to function as explicit conceptual inputs for subsequent papers.

3. CENTRAL THESIS / الأطروحة المركزية
“Reading the text does not begin with the question: ‘What does it say about topic X?’ but rather with building an internal model that defines the conditions of reading, the nature of discourse, the recipient’s identity, the concepts, and the mechanisms of action and response — then testing this model’s coherence as it extends from the human domain to the eschatological domain, with every interpretive model remaining subject to testing by counter-evidence that may constrain, revise, or reject it.”

The project is built on five central methodological principles, calibrated to avoid methodological preemption:

PRINCIPLE 1: Priority of Quranic Usage / المبدأ 1: أولوية الاستعمال القرآني
Functional meaning is derived primarily from patterns of usage within the Quranic text, with results subjected to linguistic, contextual, and inductive testing.
يُستمد المعنى الوظيفي أساساً من أنماط الاستعمال داخل النص القرآني، مع إخضاع النتائج للاختبار اللغوي والسياقي والاستقرائي.
PRINCIPLE 2: Non-Assumption of Synonymy / المبدأ 2: عدم افتراض الترادف
Each term is treated as an independent variable with its own function until the text proves otherwise through inductive evidence.
كل لفظ يُعامل كمتغير مستقل له وظيفته الخاصة حتى يثبت النص خلاف ذلك عبر شواهد استقرائية.
PRINCIPLE 3: Exhaustive Occurrence Analysis / المبدأ 3: تحليل التواتر الشامل ضمن النطاق المعجمي
Studying all occurrences of a term within a defined lexical and morphological scope specified in each paper, without selection bias.
دراسة جميع مواضع اللفظ ضمن نطاق صرفي ودلالي مُعرَّف مسبقاً في كل ورقة، دون انتقاء.
PRINCIPLE 4: Procedural Substitution Test / المبدأ 4: اختبار الاستبدال الإجرائي
A falsification-oriented procedure used to test whether two expressions are functionally interchangeable across their attested contexts.
إجراء موجّه للاختبار يُستخدم لفحص ما إذا كان تعبيران قابلين للتبادل الوظيفي عبر سياقاتهما الموثقة.
PRINCIPLE 5: Distinction Between Evidence and Conclusion / المبدأ 5: التمييز بين الدليل والاستنتاج
Strict separation between three levels: textual evidence, inductive finding, and proposed interpretive model.

7. HOW QR-V1 CAN BE CRITICALLY TESTED / كيف يمكن اختبار المشروع نقدياً
We welcome rigorous academic critique and propose six axes of testing through which researchers can test or develop the model:
